Anthem Blue Cross Adds More Than 3,800
Doctors to Exchange Network Since Jan. 1
USC, UC Davis, Huntington & Cedars Available to Exchange Members

Anthem Blue Cross (Anthem) has added Huntington Memorial Hospital, Keck Hospital of USC, USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Hospital, UC Davis Medical Center and Cedars Sinai Medical Center to its exchange network effective immediately.

“The additions of these well-known medical centers and the thousands of doctors statewide since the beginning of the year shows Anthem’s commitment to serving our exchange membership,” said Mark Morgan, president of Anthem Blue Cross. “We continue to monitor our network to ensure it provides value, access and quality for the more than 425,000 individuals who made Anthem Blue Cross the most popular Covered California plan.”

In total, Anthem has added more than 3,800 providers statewide since Jan. 1, 2014.

Individuals who purchased a PPO or EPO plan through the Covered California exchange or directly from Anthem may now have access to Huntington Memorial Hospital, Keck Hospital of USC, USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Hospital, UC Davis Medical Center and Cedars Sinai Medical Center. Network access is subject to geographic limitations and plan selection.
